Join us and our Loyalist College co-op student, Meghan, for a mindful walking experience to connect with nature and be present in the moment.
Enjoy an hour-long guided hike through the forest, that includes brief pauses along the way, for reflection and appreciation of the natural environment.

This event is in partnership with Loyalist College’s Fitness and Health Promotion Program. Led by second-year student, Meghan, who has a passion for outdoor fitness and mindfulness. She is excited to use the skills and knowledge she has learned from her time at Loyalist College to lead this program.
